GUIの改良：Torrentファイルを作成するときに、Web Seedをサポートします。
GUIの改良：BitTorrentタスク・プロパティ・ダイアログでWeb Seedリストを修正することができます。
GUIの改良：BitTorrentタスクのピアリストで、ユーザーグループのダウンロード/アップロード速度を表示します。
GUIの改良：BitTorrentタスクのピアリストでダウンロードしているピース位置を表示します。
